Important information regarding seating!**

1. Season tickets will go on sale on July 6, 2021 by phone, mail, or box office only. On-line sales for season tickets will start on August 18. Individual concert tickets will go on sale 30 days prior to each concert.
2. New for the 2021-2022 season: Matinee performances at 3:00 p.m. and Stream-on-Demand performances starting the Friday following a concert and available for 30 days. Evening performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. (Pops in the Park at 8:00 p.m.)
3. All concerts within your season subscription or sampler must be for the same time or stream.
4. Every effort will be made to honor your seat preferences from the 2019-2020 concert season. If you wish to make a change, please place your order and adjustments will be made after August 1.
5. The Ashland Symphony Orchestra and Archer Auditorium will follow whatever state or national guidelines are in place regarding the coronavirus pandemic. As of June 2, 2021, all health orders are set to be rescinded.
6. All concerts will be approximately 60 minutes in length. There will be no intermissions.
7. Most concerts will feature smaller orchestras. Programs were selected while pandemic precautions were still in place.
8. We will have hand sanitizer at each entrance to the auditorium and we strongly encourage you to use it when you enter.
9. Masks are not mandatory, but you are welcome to wear one if you prefer.
10. You may request socially distanced seating when you complete your order. Please place your order by mail, phone, or in-person.
11. If you feel ill, please stay home. If you begin to feel unwell during the performance, please exit immediately. You will be able to exchange your in-person ticket for a stream-on-demand of the same concert, if the request is made prior to the downbeat of the ticketed event. Tickets may also be exchanged for a future performance, if the request is made prior to the downbeat of the ticketed event and if there are tickets available. Call 419-289-5115 and leave a message.
12. Doors will open 30 minutes before the downbeat.

For the 2021-2022 concert season

If a concert is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If a concert is canceled, your ticket will be converted to a donation unless you call or email [email protected] to request a refund. Please keep in mind that the ASO incurs costs even if the event is canceled. Your gift helps to ensure that the ASO will be here for future generations.
