Set Up:        Sunday, November 14, 2010.  Specific detail available later.

Tear Down:  Sunday, November 14, after show closing 5:00 p.m.

Food:           Dazzle Café (on-site) – Snacks and beverages available to purchase

Box Lunch:  Available to exhibitors; choice of vegetarian or regular

                          Pre-order $10.00

Basic Fee includes:

     One 10’ x 10’ carpeted space

     One 8’ skirted table

     Two chairs

     Printed table identification card

     Two Ashland Symphony Orchestra ticket vouchers

     Assistance for loading before & after show

 Fee Schedule:

          $75 Paid by June 30, 2010

          $85 Paid by October 1, 2010

          $95 Paid after October 1, 2010

                       With deadline October 16, 2010

Fees for Extras:

          $15 for each additional skirted 8’ table

          $20 for corner, if available

          $10 for each box lunch

                        Vegetarian or Regular
